Management

Fortress Residential Management was co-founded by former executives with combined 30 years experience in Human Capital Management, Finance and Technology.

Barry L. Bryant - Co-founder

Mr. Bryant has over 15 years of experience in Finance, Sales and Sales Management. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer of Richmond, VA, based bayMountain, Inc, a managed IT Services firm. In this capacity, Mr. Bryant was responsible for developing the company's strategic plan, marketing and sales activities and financial reporting. He has also worked as a consultant for other IT Services firms advising on such matters as market positioning, sales and marketing strategies and development of complex pricing models.

Formerly, Mr. Bryant was a Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank in Richmond, VA, where he managed a $300 million Retail and Small Business Banking unit. Mr. Bryant also has experience specializing in commercial lending and financial services for emerging public and private technology and biotechnology businesses.

Currently, Mr. Bryant serves on the Board of the Sandbox Childrens' Museum. He has previously served on the Board of the Greater Richmond Technology Council and the Allocations Board of the Richmond United Way. Mr. Bryant holds a degree in Finance from James Madison University.

Lisa R. Bryant - Co-founder

Ms. Bryant has over 15 years of successful experience in Human Capital Management. Most recently she served dual roles as Vice President of Operations for Hobart West Solutions and Vice President - National Sales for its sister organization, Esquire Deposition Services. In this capacity, Ms. Bryant established policy/process, operations and sales standardization, training, performance measurement and strategic planning.

Formerly, Ms. Bryant spent two years as Vice President Operations with TradeSource, Inc., a residential and commercial construction staffing firm where she managed field operations, training and national sales. Ms. Bryant also has ten years experience with Olsten Staffing Services developing and successfully growing a $50MM market as well as expertise managing multi-million dollar client projects.

Ms. Bryant holds a degree in Management from James Madison University.
