Directive One

To ensure clients receive the very best service available, Fortress has implemented Directive One. Based on industry leading practices such as ISO 9000:2000 and Six Sigma, Directive One is an iterative project management discipline.

Each phase of the client lifecycle is broken down into key components and detailed protocols are developed and written. Performance measurement metrics are then implented and monitored. Feedback is constantly solicited from our stakeholders: clients, channel partners, and vendors among others. This feedback is used to further strengthen our process management, thus creating a truly iterative management discipline.
