Managing multiple service providers, utilities and customer preferences requires a robust, scalable IT solution. To this end, we have developed the Fortress CMS (Client Management System). This leading edge relational database synchronizes customer data with a handheld PDA allowing us to monitor preferences and infrastructure health in real time while in our clients' homes.

Our clients can login securely to their accounts and change preferences on the fly. Would you like the house temperature 2 degrees cooler next visit? No problem - and with handheld syncronization you can rest assured it will be done right the first time.

The Fortress CMS also acts as the nerve center for our Unified Billing and Vendor Aggregation services. Clients can view historical information for utilities and service providers with ease. This historical information allows Fortress to monitor trends in usage - many times an indicator of problems with a homes' infrastructure.
